Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you’re not satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must be complete with all parts, components, and packaging intact.
  2. The product must show signs of normal handling. Any damage due to careless handling will not be accepted.
  3. Products that require hygiene considerations should be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  4. Defective items must be identified immediately upon receipt.
  5. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, your return will be acknowledged within this period.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

    • Reason for return
    • Number of items to return
    • Your first and last name
    • Your shipping address

We will provide you with the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender. You must contact us first to receive the correct return address. Returns sent without prior communication may not be refunded.

You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide a tracking number for the returned package, as we cannot process a refund without it.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (natural persons who enter into a contract for purposes not related to their commercial or professional activity) have the right to withdraw from the contract within the terms outlined below:

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must notify us by a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal process is complete once we receive the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please include a tracking number when returning goods, as we cannot issue a refund without it.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery). The refund will be processed without delay, and within 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal and the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise with you.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
